We take as much time as possible in the consulting room to fully explain our patient's condition to their owners and where possible use visual aids to make sure owners understand their pet's condition and treatment. We refer routinely to Veterinary Specialists should it be required and we can arrange for certain specialists to see patients at our practice for the animal and the owner's convenience.
